Why Do Teeth Turn Yellow?

A pleasant smile with shiny white teeth is everybody’s dream. Yet sometimes it is hard to keep teeth white. Here are some reasons why teeth turn yellow:

Genetics: If one of your parents has yellow teeth, probably you have it too.

Dentin: A deep yellow to brownish material inside your teeth under the enamel.

Antibiotics: Some antibiotics stain teeth when they are developing in the gums.

Food, Drinks, and Tobacco: Coffee, tea, red wine, soda, tomato, curry spice, and berries are responsible for yellow teeth. And the effect of smoking is indisputable.
