Risks of Obesity
Obesity is a health condition that is associated with poorer mental health outcomes and reduced quality of life. It has so many different consequences and these are too risky for health. Being obese increases the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, cancers, stroke, coronary health disease, high cholesterol, body pain, sleep apnea, breathing problems along with mental illness such as clinical depression, anxiety, and so many other diseases. Even mortality! These consequences are too harmful to health. Thus, obesity should be treated as fast as possible.
